Warranty

The warranty of a DSM Trailers LLC applies only to the original purchaser for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, to be free from all defects in material and workmanship on all components manufactured by DSM Trailers LLC. Any defective part of the trailer will be replaced at no charge for parts or labor when returned to the factory or a designated distributor at the owner’s expense.

1. Equipment or accessories under separate warranty by their respective manufacturers.
2. damage caused by improper use.
3. Any consequential damage, loss of time, inconvenience, loss or damage to personal property.
4. Overloading. Exceeding manufacturer’s specified load limits.
5. Accident.
6. Negligence.
7. Use for rental or lease.
8. Any modifications to basic structure.
9. Normal maintenance service.
10. Chrome, anodized, or plated parts or surfaces.
11. Trailers sold as “Demonstrators”.

Procedure: Within 15 days of discovery of any defect, the owner must notify DSM Trailers LLC for authorization of warranty repairs.
